Harbor of Hope builds coordinated pathways that help people returning from incarceration rebuild their lives with dignity through creative healing, career apprenticeships, and systems support.
Oregon Harbor of Hope is a community‑rooted bridge for people reintegrating after incarceration, walking beside them with purpose, belonging, and dignity. In partnership with nonprofit allies, our programs cultivate healing and open pathways to employment, leading ultimately to safe housing. Together, we prevent homelessness before it begins and build lasting pathways to hope and shared resilience.
Oregon Harbor of Hope also incubates new nonprofits, programs, and projects with impact, serving as a fiscal sponsor for emerging nonprofits awaiting 501(c)(3) status.
At Harbor of Hope, we believe no one should face aging, reintegration and recovery alone. Many people leaving incarceration, carry the weight of trauma, stigma, and economic instability; without intentional support, too many find themselves on the path toward homelessness.
We exist to change that trajectory. As a bridge to stability, we walk alongside individuals of all genders impacted by incarceration, offering programs that restore dignity, foster belonging, and create hope.
